Job Title: Executive/Personal Assistant (Miami Preferred, Virtual Possible)
Location: Miami or a mix of Miami/New York preferred (Remote considered)
Job Overview:
Seeking a proactive and resourceful Executive/Personal Assistant to support the founder/CEO of a crypto trading firm. This hybrid role requires someone who thrives in high-paced environments, can handle diverse responsibilities without micromanagement, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Ideal candidate is comfortable starting as independent contractor and open to full time internal role.
Salary: $40 - 50/hr

Responsibilities Include:
Work-Related:
- Payment and cash flow management (invoices, contractors, accounts).
- Handling accounting tasks (state taxes, payroll registration, expense reimbursements).
- Managing employee onboarding, contracts, and scheduling.
- Coordinating retreats, booking travel, and procuring necessary equipment.
- Responding to KYC requests and maintaining documentation.
Personal Tasks:
- Scheduling appointments (health, wellness, beauty, and home services).
- Managing household needs (groceries, cleaning, stocking supplies).
- Coordinating personal travel (booking, packing, shipping).
- Organizing thoughtful acts for loved ones (gifts, events).
Key Qualities and Skills:
- Highly organized and resourceful.
- Able to anticipate needs and independently solve problems.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable managing tasks remotely and potentially traveling as needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with tools like Gusto, Mercury, Bill.com, and Deel.
- Prior experience in an EA/PA role.
- Comfortable working with a crypto or tech-savvy leader.
